The Hurricane-that-shall-not-be-named

I don't understand why hurricanes and storms are named after people, except to "humanize" the sheer power of destruction.

Victor's right. I can't blame him for this, and I don't (ridicule? yes, but I don't personally blame him for sitting there calmly and not scaring the kids). But I expected him to have learned from that day- that quick response is very very important.
